2) In the failure to hire an individual who tested 'well' with The PEAC SYSTEM®
and did not fare well with either of the other in use evaluations, we were able
to track ( n =67) people who were picked up (hired) by other personnel
firms in their respective areas. Of these, 78.3% remained over a year in
employment and produced enough in sales to warrant keeping their desk. Although
the information is not as detailed, due to the lack of relationship with
ROMAC®'s competitors, and therefore little or no communication with management,
there were several hires, 14, made from those competitors where the information
we had generated was verified by a third party.
