SYST= Team Oriented systems. SYSN= Loners, systems without much interaction

Keep in mind that the profile, given the right consistencies, is accurate to how they answered
the evaluation. It is their responses that govern the results, not our opinion. The scores,
above, however, are tricky as there are better than fifty thousand possibilities...

IMPORTANT!! Always check references to verify what they have told you... Any question at all, role play out of cold against them, looking for training or instincts you can use.

Remember, this is a RAW score. The Manager must take into consideration the prospect's experience, the Manager's own experience with this style and other factors to complete the range. At minimum, allow a 3 point spread. (ex 46=45-47). Add no more than ten points for a minimum of one year's successful experience doing the exact job for which you are hiring. NOTE the Definitions:

HC means Hunter Consultant, more than twenty percent cold calls to seek leads and referrals. This is a proactive phone style, trying to MAKE things happen, similar to cold recruiting and closers and will score nearly the same.

RC, on the other hand, means Referral Consulting or farming, patient, friendly, taking care of clients. Often, the work conducted by a seasoned profile is done by referral and there are few cold calls or true sales calls. Often, seasoned people survived the first year to grow into their profiles. If you are asking them to start over and build a desk, this can be daunting.

CS (Consultative, counseling type of Sales) means product or other friendly, softer sales, where hope means waiting for things to happen. As implied, this means that there is no urgency to making things happen, but in a friendly, consultative way, again, hoping they will. Products must sell themselves and they prefer referral sales and counseling.. Also Customer Service types fit here.

SYST means systems oriented, such as programmers, engineers, accountants, bookkeeper and the like, but TEAM oriented, willing to work in groups, a much different profile than the no team, following:

SYSN mean loners. Happy to be left on their own, concentrating on their tasks to completion. Often precise, absorbed in their work and unappreciative of interruptions. They generally dislike unnecessary meetings. Limit such interaction.
