NEW CLIENT INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE AUTOMATED PEAC SYSTEM EVALUATION
The evaluation has three+ decades behind it, helping people just like you to identify the best people, provide the keys to building them, and then to know how to keep them.
We can give you an
idea of what to expect, and how to get the best from anyone!
FIRST THINGS FIRST!
You must register to use the automated Peac System® evaluation system. None of the rest of this page will apply if you have not registered. Be certain of the accuracy of your information. If you misspell any part of it, you are locked out and you will not receive the reports you need. Take care.
The most important part of our evaluation system is to make certain the individual you are going to assess, has the right attitude and mindset. Take a moment to check out the ADMINISTER EVALUATION, above, in the menu. You are selling success: "Should we bring you onboard, we want to make you as successful as possible. We do that by tailoring our training and management to your style. I need you to take this assessment..." Provide the client information by email and the above statement with the link you prefer, and you will have the higher consistency results to trust the evaluataion. If they meet your people first, they may try to emulate one of them, and you have the wrong information. Test before you meet them, or before they spend more than five minutes in your office. Sit them down at a computer and have them take the evaluation.
The PEAC SYSTEM® instrument determines the basic instincts and natural
behaviors of your potential hire. Evaluation and assessment covers any industry, as this is a communication survey, and the most important thing you can do is to try to match the style, as closely as you can, to the position tasks and requirements.
YOUR CANDIDATE!
Your individual can only take the evaluation by invitation from you. Do not deliver a direct link without setting up the evaluation process. You will receive the information to forward when you request it under either the direct link 'PEAC INVITATION' button on the New auto site homepage. If they call you with a problem, be certain to have them fill in every box, for there can be no blanks. If they do leave one blank, the system will stop them until it has the right information. No X's and O's, but 1 through 5 only on the answers. (It has been tried... not hired). This is all explained on the way in for the candidate.
Frankly, if they get too confused, and cannot understand the instructions, therein may lie a serious clue toward their lack of success. One in about two hundred and fifty people will call us, wondering why their APPLE machine won't work. They are warned on the way in and at the top of the assessment.
YOUR INFORMATION RETURN!
After the evaluation is completed, you will receive a code through your registered email that you can use to pay for the reports. This payment will be $85.00, a savings of $35.00 for the complete written information. Once payment is complete, you are sent to a translation page, where that same code will be used to generate the profile reports from the database.
Subsequently, you will have access to several pages of text explaining what you have. If you are new enough to the PEAC, it is best if you invest a a moderate conulting fee and use a Reader to help you with any questions. Within just a few evaluations, most people can become independent, but our recommendation is that you use the Reader any time that you are prepared to hire someone. It has headed off many an expensive mistake, simply because of the thirty plus years of experience on our end. ATTENTION: At this fee level, this is an a la carte
program, which means you will pay as you go. Remember, those that have a comfortable experience with the PEAC SYSTEM will seldom need a read, and this discount amount and quick service will serve you well.
There is a moderate fee for an optional verbal Read, where our Reader will walk you through the reports until you understand what you have, and what you may be looking for. This is seriously recommended for any individual you intend to hire, or are unsure with the evaluation. If you have less than twenty units under your belt, you should purchase time with a Reader. Your Reader is an independent consultant and is paid directly. Instructions will follow. Those with a history in our program already have a Reader assigned and again, payment is made directly to them and/or their company through PayPal on a separate process.
