ADVISORIES:
Current
Fit, above, takes into consideration differences in the ERL- between the
basic and the facade profiles - a factor that burns excess energy to
maintain.
Consistency Factors- 0-60% is unacceptable on any given trait, and evaluation is considered invalid with two or more below 55. 61-70% is questionable, 71-85% is good, and 86%+ is excellent. The factors for this evaluation are: (P) 85 (E) 77 (A) 69 (C) 72
-- dots, or numbers below 50 usually mean an error in copying the COMPLETE length of the code to input. Try highlighting the entire code, then CTRL-C and resubmit.
As a reminder, this segment is very
limited. See Basic Self Report and below for 'more' info. This will be a much
deeper explanation, as needed. Essentially, the dark bars above
represent the BASIC self, the inner style. Intensity is indicated by
the location of the END of each bar in relation to the ERL line, which
is depicted by the double vertical line, above. The STRESS profile is
represented by the lighter bars, directly below the dark bands for
each trait.
A Reader (when available) can help with any questions. Verbal Reading for a profile can be important, and is optional, with an additional moderate fee. It is not critical, as the same information is available on our PEACBasics. file. See the attachments, Basic and Facade links
above, for more detail.

more (this does
not print on the candidate's copy) The entire profile code will print here
for your records. Copy and paste in a word processing page, simply
adding new ones to keep a running record of profiles. You will use
this code to pull up review pages, if needed.
