You received a ClientID on every PEAC you have run. All PEAC printed reports will
show it upper left. If you do not yet have a ClientID you can request one by sending your company information and contact details by email to peacnet@peacsystem.com.

Add your identification information on this form very carefully. Typos will either block the performance, or misdirect the reports.

Important: If this is for another of your offices, and you want the ID separate for billing purposes with each office, fill the information in properly. It will go where you send it. Keep in mind that some clients want the info sent only to them, while still using the different ClientNo. Choose the email you intend to send it to. If necessary, the receiver can send you a copy.

This is designed to deliver the completed paper reports via email within in moments of your candidate completing the evaluation. Same day service, no extra charge. A Reader (when available) will be in contact the following business day.
