 ADVISORIES:
Current Fit, above, takes into consideration  differences in the ERL- between  the basic and the facade profiles - a factor that burns excess energy to maintain.

Consistency Factors- 0-60% is unacceptable, 61-70% is questionable, 71-85% is good, and 86%+ is excellent. The factors for this evaluation are: (P) 85   (E)  77  (A)  69  (C) 72  -- dots, or zeroes, usually indicate no info on file- especially true with older files... It is rare to have numbers below 50 or missing. Try highlighting the entirecode, then CTRL-C and resubmit.

As a reminder, this segment is very limited. See Basic Self Report and below for 'more' info. This will be a much deeper explanation, as needed. Essentially, the dark bars above represent the BASIC self, the inner style. Intensity is indicated by the location of the END of each bar in relation to the ERL line, which is depicted by the double vertical line, above. The STRESS profile is represented by the lighter bars, directly below the dark bands for each trait.

A Reader can help with any questions. Reading a profile is important, and optional, with an additional fee. This is highly recommended for any individual you are planning to hire or any of your current staff that is struggling. Understanding them is the first step to success. See the attachments, Basic and Facade links above, for more detail.
