CASE Studies©

A fully validated, one hour role playing situation, aptly named, "Consultant's Active Situational Evaluation," it is designed to seek out the strengths and weaknesses your sales candidate may have learned to fine tune his or her style. Are there instincts that the written evaluation missed? Are there trained in characteristics for you to capitalize upon? A PEAC SYSTEM® evaluation must be run on your candidate before utilizing this service. Valid for both the seasoned pro, who may be struggling, or the neophyte, the CASE Studies© discovers the areas where training is needed and suggests the amount of effort needed to bring the candidate up to speed-Sample available. COMMON EVALUATION PITFALLS

With most yes-no, true-false evaluations, the results aren't much better than a dartboard, when it comes to selection. You can easily be led into misconceptions by 'mood orientation,' that tendency to reply based on 'the moment.' Online Live Training!: We have programs for sales, recruiting, and management. Two hours per day, five days minimum. Basic sales, advanced closing, specifically tailored to your environment, and highly effective in the personnel services arena, perm (direct hire), temp, or contract.

CONSULTING SESSIONS©: Talk over the seemingly impossible with someone objective, experienced and over twenty years of seeing it all! One hour minimum. Included areThe OBJECTIVE INTERVIEW, for an outside opinion of your prospective employee's communication skills, business acumen and factors not necessarily discovered in pen and paper evaluations.

FOUNDATION TRAINING: Sometimes, you hire just one, and the rest of the team is doing well. Assuming we've trained your group at least once, the alternative to a somewhat expensive trip from our consultant to you, is to send the new hire, or maybe two (break even) to us in Florida!
